No Legal or Professional Advice: The course materials are not legal advice, safety consulting, or regulatory compliance services. Enhance Safety Training does not verify or determine whether your workplace, policies, or procedures meet OSHA, DOT, EPA, FMCSA, or other regulatory standards. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own legal, safety, and compliance advice from qualified professionals.
No Guarantee of Compliance: Course completion does not satisfy any OSHA, DOT, EPA, FMCSA, state, or industry-specific training requirement unless explicitly stated in writing. Regulations change frequently, and Enhance Safety Training does not represent that course completion alone will bring you or your employer into compliance with any federal, state, local, or industry standards. Employers are solely responsible for ensuring that all mandatory on-the-job training, hazard-specific instruction, certifications, and regulatory documentation are completed.

Employer Responsibility: Employers remain solely responsible for verifying employee competency, providing workplace-specific training, maintaining safety programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Enhance Safety Training is not responsible for assessing or certifying employee qualifications, performance, or workplace conditions.
Certification and Accreditation
Course Completion Certificates: Certificates of completion are provided for educational record-keeping purposes only. These certificates do not constitute professional licensure, certification, or accreditation unless specifically stated and verified through appropriate regulatory bodies.
Employer Acceptance: We cannot guarantee that employers, regulatory agencies, or other organizations will accept our course completion certificates for training requirements. Participants should verify acceptance with relevant parties before enrollment.
Refund Policy
15-Day Refund Period: Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase, provided that the course content has not been completed. To qualify for a refund during this period, you must not have completed more than 25% of the course material. Enhance Safety Training determines percentage completion based on internal tracking data. Misuse of the platform, including but not limited to account sharing, voids refund eligibility.
Post-15 Day Policy: After the 15-day period, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants consideration for a refund after this period, please contact us directly to discuss your specific circumstances.
Refund Process: To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our support team with your purchase details and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content, please contact our support team immediately for assistance. Technical issues will not count against your refund eligibility period while we work to resolve them.
Limitation of LiabilityÂ
No Warranties: Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Liability Limitation: Enhance Safety Training, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of course materials or application of course content. Enhance Safety Training does not control the work environment, equipment, hazards, or any other workplace conditions. Enhance Safety Training is not responsible for injuries, damages, or consequences resulting from reliance on course content.
Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that workplace safety involves inherent risks and that proper implementation of safety practices requires ongoing vigilance, professional oversight, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Content Updates and AccessÂ
Course Access Duration: Access to purchased courses is provided for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Course access may be limited by time or other specified terms.
Access Duration Disclaimer: Unless explicitly stated at purchase, access to online courses is limited to the time period specified during checkout. Course access does not entitle you to future revisions, new versions, regulatory updates, or successor courses unless expressly noted.
Modification or Discontinuation of Access: Enhance Safety Training may update, modify, replace, or discontinue any course or course module at any time to reflect regulatory changes or internal revisions. Continued access to updated materials is not guaranteed for previous purchasers unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Enhance Safety Training may suspend or revoke access for violations of this disclaimer, our Terms & Conditions, or applicable laws.
Content Updates: While we strive to keep course content current, safety regulations and best practices evolve continuously. We reserve the right to update course materials, and updates may not be automatically provided to previous purchasers.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This disclaimer and all course purchases are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this disclaimer or your course purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall take place in Denver, Colorado, or be conducted virtually, unless otherwise agreed. The arbitrator shall apply Delaware law. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
